Exousia Fitness
Strengthen your faith. Improve your fitness level.
A preventive care program helping families, communities and church communities improve spiritual, physical and mental well-being.

Our approach
Caring for the body as part of caring for the spirit
Exousia Wellness grew out of Jacqueline’s decades of dance and fitness education. Classes bring gospel music, movement and real encouragement to churches, community centers, senior groups and families.
Every class is welcoming and non-competitive, and adapted for all levels, from children to seniors. Classes and workshops are designed to help reduce stress and support overall well-being, and to build a lifelong habit of physical activity.
“Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers.”
