Ministry & Training
Equipping leaders to teach, preach, serve and lead
Exousia is a Christian ministry and training institute. Through the Exousia Apostolic & Prophetic Institute, pastors, apostles, teachers, ministry leaders and believers develop the gifts God has given them for the work of ministry.
The institute’s mission
“Committed to raising up a prophetic and apostolic generation to speak to the cultures of our world with the empowered voice of Heaven, to bring Heaven to Earth.”
The institute’s purpose is to train and provide leaders, and emerging leaders, who are creating and developing their own institutes, apostolic churches, hubs, schools and centers.
Training is designed to help people grow in their ability to teach, preach, serve, lead and take part in ministry, in the church and in the marketplace.

The training experience
Mentorship that stretches and strengthens
The mentorship training courses are designed to push and challenge apostolic leaders, building prophetic insight in wisdom, knowledge and understanding.
The aim is to strengthen each leader’s ministry gifts so they are effective in advancing the Kingdom of God in their communities and spheres of influence. Teaching, mentorship and discipleship sit side by side, so growth is practical as well as personal.
Discipleship
Mentorship through the Principles of Discipleship™
“To teach and equip the body of Christ for the work of ministry, with an emphasis on edifying the Kingdom of God in discipleship, apostolic and prophetic teaching.”
Discipleship at Exousia is personal formation: walking with believers as they grow in Christ and learn to take hold of all that God has promised and called them to be.
